Managed Maintenance Program

Managed Maintenance is the most comprehensive option for organizations seeking to reduce equipment service and administrative costs with a turnkey solution.

By consolidating multiple service contracts and extended warranties into a single agreement, Managed Maintenance allows organizations to effectively manage, reduce and control equipment service costs. Administrative costs are reduced by freeing up internal resources previously needed to manage multiple contracts.

A unique component of Managed Maintenance is our expertise in creating unbiased service delivery plans. Great American’s unparalleled depth-of-detail and analysis provides one of the most comprehensive vendor profiles and service delivery plans available in the industry. Optional around-the-clock call handling and response management is also available to simplify the administration process even more.

Shared Savings Program

Shared Savings is the most effective option for organizations wanting to reduce equipment service costs while remaining an active participant in all service decisions.

While the Shared Savings Program also enables organizations to effectively manage, reduce and control equipment service costs, the program contains a unique component not found in other programs: a profit sharing incentive. With Shared Savings, a predetermined service budget is established to cover your anticipated service costs for the term of the program. This structure gives organizations greater control over service vendor selection and service decisions.

As an incentive for effective service budget management and prudent decision-making, organizations may receive a renewal credit of up to 50% of any funds remaining in the service budget at the end of the program term.

Aggregate Retention Program

The Aggregate Retention Program is an effective way for organizations with established and predictable service costs to cap and safeguard their financial exposure.

The Aggregate Retention Program provides risk sharing between you and Great American by means of an aggregate retention similar to a deductible.

With the Aggregate Retention Program, an amount is set to cover your anticipated service costs. Your organization handles all service costs that arise within this limit. Service costs above this threshold will be paid by Great American. At the end of the program term, any unspent service funds are retained by you.
