When service is required, you simply contact the selected service provider to make service arrangements. For those desiring a turnkey solution, our Managed Maintenance Program provides vendor dispatch service; you contact us and we make the service arrangements for you. Most service is performed on a time-and-materials basis by the selected service providers in lieu of an expensive full-service contract. After service is performed, the service provider submits the invoice and service reports to us for payment.
With Great American’s Equipment Management Solutions, your organization is protected if your actual maintenance and repair costs exceed the annual cost of the program. With our Shared Savings Program, if your organization spends less on service than the established maintenance and repair budget, a portion of the savings is returned to your organization as a renewal credit the following year.
